In many cases, we can fix your kit on the first visit. If we need to order specialist parts, we'll take care of it – and if we haven’t managed to fix it in within seven days, we’ll simply replace it with a brand new one.
And for your peace of mind, your Repair & Support plan comes with unlimited repairs – so if your kit suffers the same fault for a second, third or even tenth time, we won’t rest until it’s finally sorted. But if you’d rather get a replacement after the third repair, we can sort that too.
