Fixing the problem

To use Freeview Play, you need to make sure your TV is connected to the internet. You can connect your TV using Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable, depending on the model.

If your TV doesn't have Wi-Fi, you can plug in an Ethernet cable from your router. You can also buy a Wi-Fi adapter, which'll let your TV connect to your Wi-Fi from anywhere in the house.

Once your TV is connected to the internet, your Freeview Play will start working again.
