Finding your SIM card number on Windows Phone

You'll need to find your SIM card number if you're asking your service provider for a replacement. That could be if your current SIM is damaged, or if your new phone uses a different sized card to your old one.

The number we're looking for is known as the SIM number or Circuit Card Identifier (ICCID) - either way, these steps show you how to find it without taking your phone apart.
