Making phone calls is probably one of the main things you'll want to do with your phone, so we've written these steps to help you with it.
Press the Phone icon on the Home screen. It looks like a white phone.
You'll be taken to the 'History' page, where you'll see any calls you've made.
To find a contact to call, press the icon at the bottom that looks like two people. Scroll through the list and tap on the person you want.
Press Call and you'll start dialling the person you chose.
Swiping across again gives you access to the dialler keypad. You can use this to enter a number then tap the Call button to dial it directly.
If you want to type in a number, press Dial pad at the top of the screen.
Press Call to ring the number you've typed in.
You'll see the calls you've made back on the History page.

If you need some help with sending emails, have a look at the steps we've written below.
To start sending emails, you'll need to have your account set up already. If you need help setting it up, go to our Setup Guide where we talk you through it.
Open your emails by pressing the Outlook icon on the Home screen.
If you've got more than one email account set up, you'll need to choose which one you want to send from. Press the three lines in the top-left corner and tap the account you need.
To start a new email, press the + in the bottom-left of the screen.
Tap the To box and type in the person's name or email address. Matching contacts will appear and you can tap them to add them. Tap the subject box to add a subject for the email.
Write your message by tapping in the white box under the subject box. To send it when you've finished, press the arrow next to the three dots at the bottom.
You can add pictures, videos and other files to your email as well. Press the paperclip and you'll get a list of things to choose from.
Add a picture you've taken by pressing Photos or take a new picture by pressing Camera. If you're adding a picture you've already got, you'll need to go through your files and find it.
When you've got it, tap on it and then press the tick at the bottom.
The item will be added to your email. You can add more if you want, and then press send (the arrow at the bottom) when you're done.

The new alarm will show in the list, with the switch turned on.
