Tips

squiggle

Now that you know about the basics of your phone, here are some tips to help you get a bit more out of it.

Search your phone

Your Nova has a shortcut to help you find things on your phone. This means quickly find things like apps, games and contacts in seconds.

To use the quick search, go to your Home screen and swipe down in the middle of the screen. This will bring up the search box and keyboard, and you can start searching your phone.

As you type, the list of suggestions will appear and you can tap on any item to open it up. You can also 'pin' items that you use often so that they always show on the search screen. To do this, tap the pin icon on the right of the item in the search results.

Speed up your phone

You can use the phone manager to help clear up junk, and keep your phone running as fast as possible.

  • From the Home screen, find and tap on Phone Manager.
  • Tap Scan in the middle to check your phone. The app will now check the phone for any ways to speed it up and keep it running at its best.
  • When the scan has finished, tap Touch to optimise, and the app will optimise your phone.
