This guide is going to take you through some of the core features of your phone, such as making calls, sending texts and setting alarms.
Phone calls are all handled by the Phone app on your phone, which is in the bottom-left corner of your Home screen. Tap on it to get started.
When the Phone app opens, it will show the dialler. Dial a number and tap the green phone icon to call it.
Tap the Log tab to see placed, received and missed calls. Tap one to call them back.
Tap the Favourites tab to see and choose your most contacted numbers.
The Contacts tab will show a list of all the numbers saved on your phone. Tap a contact to see their info, and then tap their number to call them.
Your S5 Neo sends texts, and attachments using the Messaging app, which is found in the bottom row of icons on the Home screen.
Open the Messaging app from the Home screen.
Press the New message button in the bottom-right, or tap a person's name to reply to them.
If you're writing a new message, tap the To box and start typing a person's name or number. Suggestions will appear as you type - tap one to choose them.
Tap the message box, and write your text.
Tap the Send button to send your message.
Follow steps 1-4 (above), then follow these steps to add an attachment.
Tap the paperclip.
Choose the type of thing you want to attach - picture, video, audio etc.
Go through your phone to find the item you want to attach, and tap it.
Tap the Send button to send your message, with the attachment.
A 'message thread' is all the messages sent back and forth between you and a contact. To delete one:
Open the Messaging app.
Press and hold on the thread you want to delete, until a tick shows next to it.
Press Delete in the top-right corner.

Open the Email app from your Home screen.
Tap the new message icon in the bottom-right corner.
Tap To, then start to type an email address. Suggestions will show as you type - tap one to choose them.
Type a subject for your email.
Type your message into the bottom box.
Press Send in the top right to send the email.

Open the Clock app from the Home screen.
Tap Alarms at the top.
Use the sliders to set the time you want the alarm to go off.
Tap Repeat and choose the days you want the alarm to sound.
Tap Save, and the alarm will be set.
If you've signed into a Samsung account on your phone, you can use this to remotely manage it. Go to findmymobile.samsung.com, and sign into your account.
Once you're signed in, you can do lots of different tasks with your phone.
The notifications panel shows you all recent notifications, and has a lot of switches to turn some phone features on or off. To see the notifications panel, swipe down from the top of the screen.

You can change which icons show by pressing Edit, and then arranging the icons in the order you want.
