To start using a new phone, it needs setting up. This guide will help you through the set up and covers everything from putting the SIM card in, to setting up a lock screen.
To get your SIM card into the phone, you'll need the SIM tool from the information pack. Look down the left-hand edge of the phone and you'll see a pinhole. Push the pointy end into the hole to pop the tray out.
The SIM card will line up at the bottom of the tray. You can put one at the top as well, because this phone supports dual SIM, but be aware that you won't be able to use a memory card at the same time. Make sure that the gold contacts are touching the tray, then slide it back into the phone.
A memory card goes in the same tray at the SIM card, but at the top. Line it up, making sure that the gold contacts are touching the tray, then you can put it back in the phone.
