In this guide, we're going to help you get your induction hob squeaky clean. Unlike most cooker tops, an induction hob has a glass surface, so we need to take extra care.
Specialist cleaning products for glass or ceramic surfaces are okay to use - but often just hot soapy water will do the job. Make sure the sponge or cloth you use is soft, because the surface can get scratched easily.
Leave the cooker to cool completely if it's been used recently.
Brush off any loose bits of food or dirt.
Use hot, soapy water and a sponge or cloth to wipe the hob.
Use a glass cleaning product for stains or grease that won't budge.
Dry the hob with a clean cloth.
