Windows 10 lets you change the screen resolution to suit you (the higher the resolution, the sharper pictures will be). The steps below will help you do it.
Right-click on your Windows desktop screen, or if you're using a touchscreen, you can press and hold on the desktop. Click Display settings.
At the bottom of the Display Settings menu, click Advanced display settings.
Click the down arrow in the Resolution box to open the drop-down menu.
Click on the resolution you'd like to use, then click Apply.
The resolutions you can choose from will depend on the graphics card installed in your PC. If the resolution you're looking for isn't available, you should check with your graphics card manufacturer for possible updates.
