Windows 10 comes with a useful weather app, MSN Weather, out of the box – and when you first set up your PC, you'll find a tile for it on your Start menu. But what if it's showing the wrong location?
Windows 10's built-in weather app is great – but you might find that app is displaying the incorrect location. Luckily, changing the location settings is very easy, and should only take you a moment or two.
Open up the Weather app from your home screen.
Tap on the Settings icon. You can find this is in the lower left corner of the screen – it looks like a cog wheel.
Click the search box, and type in your desired location.
Close the Weather app.
Open the Weather app, and you'll find that it's now showing you the weather for your new chosen location.
Alternatively, you can choose the for option for Always detect my location which will automatically change the weather to your current location.
