Where is my order? My order hasn't arrived yet

You can track the progress of your delivery via Team Knowhow Track It if you’ve purchased a large item or through the courier's online tracking system for small items.

We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay, or you can contact our Contact Centre on 1890 818 575.

What is my Track It number?

Your Track It number is likely to be either a 10 digit number starting with 74, or 6 digits if you're looking for a repair.

How do I track my Carphone Warehouse repair?

If you've booked a repair from Carphone Warehouse, you can track it on the Carphone Warehouse repair tracking page here.

Can I know the approximate delivery time on the day of delivery?

We’ll always keep you up-to-date on the status of your delivery. Please provide your mobile number as your main number, we can give you delivery and order updates via text message.

If you order a large item, we’ll let you know the approximate delivery time of your order via text. You can find the same information online using our Team Knowhow Track It service.

If you’re ordering a small item, on delivery day you’ll receive a text detailing your delivery time slot (unless you’re ordering for free delivery).

How to track my order which is an extended range large kitchen appliance

If the extended range large kitchen appliance you ordered is delivered by Team Knowhow, we’ll send you a text reminder on the evening before or the morning of the delivery. You can find the same information online using our Team Knowhow Track It service.

If your order is delivered directly by manufacturer, you may receive a text regarding the delivery, however, this service is varies by manufacturers.

What if I miss the delivery?

For LARGE items
We'll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you're nearby.  If the delivery is missed, we'll leave a delivery card to let you know we came.  At no extra charge, you can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our Contact Centre on 1890 400 001. 

For SMALL items

The courier will:

  • Leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed
  • Usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date at no extra charge. 

As part of our added value DPD inflight services they will possibly deliver to your neighbours or a local store; please see the delivery card left to you. 

When do we deliver?

For our larger items such as large screen TVs and large kitchen appliances, we deliver Monday - Saturday inclusive, usually between 8a.m. to 6p.m.  (with the exception of Donegal-we deliver once a week and we not deliver to island locations - we deliver to the local dock, where proof of delivery is signed. Please arrange with your local dock manager).  

For our smaller items, standard delivery is Monday to Friday, generally between 9a.m. to 6pm, and we aim to get your purchase to you from 2-5 working days. See table at top of page.  Please allow longer delivery times for extended Bank Holiday periods such as during Christmas, Black Friday and January Sale.

Delivery days exclude Bank holidays and weekend.

Are there any delivery exceptions?
  • Monaghan / Tipperary /  Leitrim / Longford / Mayo- One day delivery with delivery every THURSDAY. Must order before midday on the Tuesday 2 days prior.
  • Cavan / Cork West / Kerry West / Kilkenny / Laois / Offaly / Roscommon / Waterford / Westmeath  - One day with delivery with delivery every FRIDAY. Must order before midday on the Wednesday 2 days prior.  
  • Connemara - One day delivery with delivery every WEDNESDAY. Must order before midday on the Monday.
