Where is my order? My order hasn't arrived yet

You can track the progress of your delivery via Team Knowhow Track It if you’ve purchased a large item or through the courier's online tracking system.

We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay, or you can contact our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.

What is my Track It number?

Your Track It number is likely to be either a 10 digit number starting with 74, or 6 digits if you're looking for a repair.

If your kit is being delivered by one of our trusted partners, your Track it number should be in one of the formats below:

  • Royal Mail (example reference: JVNNNNNNNNNGB)
  • DPD (example reference: 1550 NNNN NNN NNN)
  • UK Mail (example reference: M762048NNNNNN)
How to track my order which is an extended range large kitchen appliance

If the extended range large kitchen appliance you ordered is delivered by Team Knowhow, we’ll send you a text reminder on the evening before or the morning of the delivery. You can find the same information online using our Team Knowhow Track It service.

If your order is delivered directly by manufacturer, you may receive a text regarding the delivery, however, this service is varies by manufacturers.

You can find out whether an extended range product is delivered by Team Knowhow or not on the product page service section.

How do I track my Carphone Warehouse repair?

If you've booked a repair from Carphone Warehouse, you can track it on the Carphone Warehouse repair tracking page here.

What if I miss the delivery?

For large items
We’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you’re nearby. If the delivery is missed, we’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came. At no extra charge, you can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.

For small items
Unless you’ve ordered for same-day delivery, the courier will:

  • Leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed
  • Usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date at no extra charge
  • Possibly deliver to your neighbours; please see the delivery card left to you

For small items ordered for same-day delivery, your order will be cancelled and you’ll need to re-order.

Can I know the approximate delivery time on the day of delivery?

We’ll always keep you up-to-date on the status of your delivery. Please provide your mobile number as your main number, we can give you delivery and order updates via text message.

If you order a large item, we’ll let you know the approximate delivery time of your order via text. You can find the same information online using our Team Knowhow Track It service.

If you’re ordering a small item, on delivery day you’ll receive a text detailing your delivery time slot (unless you’re ordering for free delivery).

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm you’ve received your order correctly.

When do you deliver?

For large items, we deliver to most areas 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day)

For small items, a courier delivers on our behalf to most areas 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other bank holidays).

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses (including Northern Ireland), and we also deliver to some UK islands. Please check the Where We Deliver section on this page to find out more details.

Can you deliver large kitchen appliances on the same day I order?

If you’re in a hurry, why not choose our 'Reserve & Collect' service? Simply reserve the product you like online and collect it from your local Currys store. Your item will be available for collection 1 hour after your reserve it.

Can I change my delivery date or address after I placed an order?

For large items, you can change the delivery date by calling our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.

For small items, if you choose a future delivery date and time to suit you, you'll receive a text from the courier the night before delivery is due. To switch delivery date, simply reply with a new one.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.

I've booked an installation. Can you give me some idea when you will arrive?

You can track your delivery here. Please make sure someone responsible is at home to sign for the installation.

I've already had my product delivered. Can I still book an installation?

We are happy to install most products even if you bought them elsewhere or have already had it delivered (excludes washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers).

I've booked installation for my new Smart TV but don't have an internet connection in the living room. What do I need?

You will need to have a broadband connection with a wireless enabled modem or router. If the Smart TV does not have wireless built-in you will need to purchase a wireless dongle before we arrive.

I've bought a new electric cooker but I need a gas cooker disconnected and taken away. Is that OK?

Yes but please let us know after booking your installation online by calling our customer contact centre on 0344 561 1234.

I need the door swapping on my new fridge freezer. Could you do this when you deliver it?

Yes we provide a door reversal service for £35 with delivery on selected models. Please check the product specification on the Currys PC World product page first to make sure this service is available to you.

If for any reason the installer is unable to complete the installation, can I have the service refunded?

We cannot offer a refund if you have not completed the necessary pre-visit preparations or if additional work is required to complete the installation that we don't cover. It is therefore really important you read the checklist for your installation before we arrive.

Order tracking

Large items (Excluding extended range products delivered from the manufacturer)

You can track your order online using our free Team Knowhow Track It service. All you need is your reference number (likely to be either a 10 digit number starting with 74, or 6 digits if you're looking for a repair, found on your order confirmation email), postcode and telephone number.

If you’ve chosen free standard delivery for a large product, you can find out the expected time of your delivery after 9pm the night before your confirmed delivery date. Simply go to Team Knowhow Track It and enter your details to view the delivery schedule. Please note: In some instances, the information for your delivery may not become available until after 10pm.

Small items

A courier will deliver your small item order on our behalf. You can track your delivery by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email; this will take you to the courier website. The order confirmation email is sent just before your order is dispatched.

If you select free standard delivery, your order will be delivered within 5 working days and you can track your order on the courier website.

On delivery day, you’ll also receive a text telling you an approximate delivery time (unless you ordered for free delivery).
