You can track the progress of your delivery via Team Knowhow Track It if you’ve purchased a large item or through the courier's online tracking system.

We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay, or you can contact our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.
Your Track It number is likely to be either a 10 digit number starting with 74, or 6 digits if you're looking for a repair.
If your kit is being delivered by one of our trusted partners, your Track it number should be in one of the formats below:
If the extended range large kitchen appliance you ordered is delivered by Team Knowhow, we’ll send you a text reminder on the evening before or the morning of the delivery. You can find the same information online using our Team Knowhow Track It service.
If your order is delivered directly by manufacturer, you may receive a text regarding the delivery, however, this service is varies by manufacturers.

For large items
We’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you’re nearby. If the delivery is missed, we’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came. At no extra charge, you can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.
For small items
Unless you’ve ordered for same-day delivery, the courier will:
For small items ordered for same-day delivery, your order will be cancelled and you’ll need to re-order.
We’ll always keep you up-to-date on the status of your delivery. Please provide your mobile number as your main number, we can give you delivery and order updates via text message.
If you order a large item, we’ll let you know the approximate delivery time of your order via text. You can find the same information online using our Team Knowhow Track It service.
If you’re ordering a small item, on delivery day you’ll receive a text detailing your delivery time slot (unless you’re ordering for free delivery).
Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm you’ve received your order correctly.
For large items, we deliver to most areas 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day)
For small items, a courier delivers on our behalf to most areas 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other bank holidays).
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses (including Northern Ireland), and we also deliver to some UK islands. Please check the Where We Deliver section on this page to find out more details.
If you’re in a hurry, why not choose our 'Reserve & Collect' service? Simply reserve the product you like online and collect it from your local Currys store. Your item will be available for collection 1 hour after your reserve it.
For large items, you can change the delivery date by calling our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.
For small items, if you choose a future delivery date and time to suit you, you'll receive a text from the courier the night before delivery is due. To switch delivery date, simply reply with a new one.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.

We are happy to install most products even if you bought them elsewhere or have already had it delivered (excludes washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers).

You will need to have a broadband connection with a wireless enabled modem or router. If the Smart TV does not have wireless built-in you will need to purchase a wireless dongle before we arrive.

Yes we provide a door reversal service for £35 with delivery on selected models. Please check the product specification on the Currys PC World product page first to make sure this service is available to you.
We cannot offer a refund if you have not completed the necessary pre-visit preparations or if additional work is required to complete the installation that we don't cover. It is therefore really important you read the checklist for your installation before we arrive.
