Delivery

Delivering your way

To match your budget and busy schedule, choose from a great range of delivery prices and times when you order online. We deliver every day of the week, and offer next-day delivery, free delivery, and at a time to suit – just some of the reasons 93% of Curry’s customers rate our delivery service reliable.

Plus if you want to avoid any charges that would apply if we did deliver, or can’t be in for us to do so, you can order online to collect in store instead.

Please note: we deliver large items items and small items separately. If your order contains both, you’ll need to choose a delivery option for each.

Delivery options for small items

TVs under 39”, laptops, desktops computers, cameras, kettles, irons, microwaves, or other small kitchen appliances. These delivery details do not apply to products delivered directly from an approved supplier.

Delivery options for large items

TVs over 39”, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers or ovens. Please note that for appliances, unless supplied in the box, we do not supply accessories (such as hoses and cables) unless installation has been purchased

Where we deliver

Large items (excluding models delivered direct from the manufacturer)

We deliver to all mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses, and to these islands*: Anglesey, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Sheppey, Isle of Skye, and the Isle of Man. We don’t deliver to BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands.

*Delivery fees may be higher.

Small items

We deliver to addresses right across mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and to all UK islands apart from the Channel Islands, but not to BFPO addresses. The post code details below do not apply to products delivered directly from an approved supplier.

Next-day, named-day and time-slot delivery aren't available for these postcodes:

Track your order

Check the progress of your delivery at any time. We’ll also send you a text reminder on delivery day.

Large items (excluding models delivered direct from the manufacturer)

Track your order online using our free Track it service. All you need is your reference number (from your order confirmation email), postcode and telephone number.

You can find out the expected time of a free standard delivery from 9pm on the night before delivery is due. Simply go to Track it and enter your details to view the delivery schedule. Please note: in some instances, information for your delivery may not become available until after 10pm.

Small items

A courier will deliver your order for small items on our behalf. To track your delivery, simply click on the link in your order-confirmation email to go to the courier’s website.

Email and text reminders

To keep you updated on your order, we’ll email you when it’s being dispatched. When ordering, please provide your mobile number as your main number so we can also update you by text on the evening before, or morning of, delivery.

If you’re ordering a large item, we’ll text you to let you know the approximate delivery time. You can also find this out online using our Track it service.

If you’re ordering a small item for delivery on a day and time of your choice, on delivery day you’ll receive a text detailing your one-hour delivery time slot.

Delivery FAQs

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm you’ve received your order correctly.

When do you deliver?

For large items, we deliver 7 days a week in most areas. Delivery isn't available on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

For small items, a courier delivers on our behalf Monday to Saturday. Delivery isn’t available on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and all bank holidays.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses (including Northern Ireland), and we also deliver to some UK islands. Please check the Where We Deliver section on this page to find out more details.

My order hasn’t arrived yet; where is it?

You can track the delivery of a large item you’ve ordered via Track it , and of a small item by the courier's online tracking system. Please check the Track Your Order section on this page to find out more details.

We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met, but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delivery delay, or you can contact our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.

What if I miss the delivery?

If you’re not at home when we come to deliver, you can re-arrange delivery again without an additional charge.

For large items, we’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you’re nearby. If the delivery is missed, we’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came. You can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.

For small items, the courier will leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed. They’ll usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date. Our couriers may deliver your parcel to your neighbours if we miss you, please see the delivery card left to you.

Can you deliver large kitchen appliances on the same day I order?

If you’re in a hurry, why not choose our 'Reserve & Collect' service? Simply reserve the product you like online and collect it from your local Currys store. Your item will be available for collection 1 hour after your reserve it.

Can I change my delivery date or address after I placed an order?

For large items, you can change the delivery date by calling our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.

For small items, if you choose a delivery date and time to suit you, you’ll receive a text from the courier the night before delivery is due. Simply to switch it, simply reply with a new delivery date.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.

Please note:

Very occasionally, certain circumstances may dictate that we will be unable to deliver or install a product, as it will be unsafe for our trained engineers to do so.

In this extremely unlikely event:

  • We will make clear the reason
  • We will advise of any remedial work required
  • We will reschedule the visit if appropriate

Recycling

Recycling on delivery

Want your old appliance taken away at the same time you receive your new one? Our recycling on delivery service provides exactly that, plus we’ll dispose of any packaging your new appliance comes in. You can add recycling on delivery, in checkout, when you order any of the appliances listed below on Currys PC World. Prices for this service start at just £15.

Please note: We can only take for recycling an appliance that’s disconnected and (if it’s a built-in model) is unfixed from your units.

  • If you’d like us to disconnect your old appliance, this comes as part of our installation service for your new appliance (see below).
  • Otherwise, please ensure the appliance is prepared before we arrive to take it away. For a gas or dual-fuel cooking appliance, you’ll need a Gas Safe registered engineer to do the disconnecting.

Installation & recycling on delivery

Want your new appliance delivered and fitted, and your old one gone, all in one go? For maximum convenience, add both installation, and recycling on delivery, to your order in checkout on Currys PC World.

Importantly, our installation service includes disconnecting your old gas or electrical appliance. Saving you the hassle of getting a separate tradesman to disconnect it before we arrive.

As standard:

  • If we’re bringing and fitting a freestanding appliance, we’ll disconnect a freestanding appliance.
  • If we’re bringing and fitting a built-in appliance, we’ll disconnect either a built-in appliance (includes unfixing it from your units), or a freestanding appliance.

However, if we’re bringing and fitting a freestanding appliance, and the one to be disconnected is built-in, it’s a special job. To arrange this, please call Customer Services on 0344 561 1234.

Recycling conditions

  • Please make sure any appliance you pass to us for recycling is in a fit state. Fridges or freezers should be defrosted, with no water left inside.
  • If we’re recycling on delivery, it’s important we don’t damage your home. So in some cases it may be we can’t remove your unwanted appliance. Examples include an unmovable appliance, seized-up taps, and an appliance hard wired into a fused spur.
  • With recycling on delivery, we can only guarantee to remove an appliance that’s roughly the same size as the one we’re delivering. Or one that’s smaller. However, we’re always keen to satisfy your requirements, and provided we have space on our truck, we’ll take away an appliance that’s larger than the one we’re delivering.
  • If the manufacturer is delivering your new appliance direct, they’ll only recycle like for like – for example, if you’re receiving a new fridge freezer, they’ll only take a fridge freezer.
  • If you’re bringing a PC, tablet, laptop or mobile phone for recycling in-store please ensure any personal data is removed first.
